آقای دکتر افشین رشید متولد ۱۶ فروردین ۱۳۶۸ در تهران ، اُستادیار (گروه برق _ اَفزاره های میکرو و نانو اِلکترونیک) عضو هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران میباشد ؛ دارای ۲۱ مقاله کنفرانسی در داخل کشور و بیش از 356 مقاله ISI در مجلات و ژورنال های بین المللی خارج از کشور هستند. مقالات منتشر شده ایشان بیشتر در موضوعات تخصصی نانو الکترونیک ، نانو ترانزیستور ها ، نانو تراشه های الکتریکی ، نانو سیم های الکترونیکی و اَفزاره های میکرو و نانو اِلکترونیک تهیه شده است.همچنین ایشان دو بار در سال های 2023 و 2025 عنوان "دانشمند دو درصد برتر جهان" از نگاه موسسه انتشارات الزویر (Elsevier) را کسب کرده اند.ایشان یکی از شخصیت های ممتاز و ارزشمند علمی " ایران و جهان " میباشند و بیشترین آمار ارجاع مقالات علمی را میان دانشمندان ایرانی در حوزه " اَفزاره های میکرو و نانو اِلکترونیک " را در سطح بین المللی به خود اختصاص داده است.کتابها ، مقالات و کنفرانس های زیادی با محوریت تکنولوژی نانو الکترونیک از وی موجود میباشد و یک اختراع شگفت انگیز در زمینه تکنولوژی نانو ، که همچنین این یک اختراع علمی بی نظیر شامل (شاخص ترین نظریه تغییر سیستم داخلی و باز طراحی نانو حسگرهای الکترونیکیCDSE) میباشد.
Dr. Afshin Rashid, born on April 5, 1989 in Tehran, is an assistant professor (Electrical Department - Micro and NanoelectronicDevices) and a member of the faculty of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Science and Research Branch; he has 21 conference papers in the country and more than 356 ISI articles in international magazines and journals abroad. His published articles aremostly on the specialized topics ofnanoelectronics, nanotransistors,electric nanochips, electronic nanowires, andmicro and nanoelectronic devices. He has also twice won the title of "Top 2% Scientist in the World" from the Elsevier Publishing House in 2023 and 2025. He is one of the distinguished and valuable scientific figures of "Iran and the World" and has the highest number of citations of scientific articles among Iranian scientists in the field of "micro and nanoelectronic devices" at the international level. There are many books, articles, and conferences focusing onnanoelectronic technologyfrom him, and an amazing invention in the field of nanotechnology, which is also a unique scientific invention including(the most significant theory of internal system change and redesign of electronic nanosensors CDSE).
